Random Paper Things :)

Since I am doing so much of the paper things myself, I thought I would dedicate a little section of this to all the random, little paper things I will be doing (besides Save the Dates and Invites). Thanks to my mom who helped me with almost everything! Big thanks to Lindsey, Josh's sister, for helping me out, as well!

Candy/Sweets Buffet To-Go Bags (Done)

I am happy with the quality of the bags. They are tea tin bags from papermart.com. I "splurged" by getting the ones that came with windows. The "W" is cut with the Cricut Expression (Cindy Loo Cartridge). The scallop circle and plain circle are punches that I have. Each "W" tag is a different combo of solid and patterned paper. I stamped the bottom with a random stamp in my collection that says "CELEBRATE." I also plan to put cute cupcake liners out for guests to get a quick sweet treat for "here" instead of "to go."

I was very happy with the way this turned out. I used two different sized scallop circle punches to layer red rose patterened paper and white cardstock. I inked the edges with black ink. I used the Cricut Expression (Cindy Loo Cartridge) to cut out the letters on black cardstock. I also used the Cricut to cut the small swirls on the outside red scallop circles. I used my Crop-o-dile to punch two small holes at the top of each letter. Then, I used my baker's twine (seen throughout my wedding stuff) to string them together!

This was designed in Photoshop using the two fonts that are seen throughout my paper products. The script font is La Portenia de la Boca, and the other font is Justus. The swirls/flourishes are from one of the dingbat fonts from the famous flourish file. The size of the buffet menu is based off of the template for Rack cards from VistaPrint. I plan to print these for free, of course. ;)
